Financial Services Company | Incoming Position
I will be joining the annuity operations team, where I will apply my academic background in finance and business to day-to-day financial services operations. The role provides hands-on exposure to annuity servicing, client communication, and operational workflows within a regulated financial environment.
Role Focus (Incoming):
- Support annuity operations by handling inbound calls and coordinating communication with insurance companies, CFAs, and CFPs
- Assist with transaction processing, documentation, and general operational paperwork related to annuity servicing
- Participate in internal meetings to gain exposure to workflow coordination, client servicing, and operational decision-making
- Support internal teams with basic reporting, data organization, and administrative tasks tied to business operations
- Gain hands-on exposure to financial services operations, annuity products, and day-to-day industry practices
